After mixing, take the flour out of a greased bowl and place a few drops of oil on top to prevent the dough from drying out. Leave untouched for 1.30-2 hours or until the dough volume has doubled. Place on a greased baking sheet and cover. Try again for another 30 minutes or until doubled.
Step 5) Cook:
Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 175 ° C and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the outer layer turns dark brown (golden brown). It took me exactly 22 minutes.
Once out of the oven, spread a little melted butter and let it cool for a while before removing it from the pan.
Step 6) Cook on the stove:
Preheat the stove with a layer of salt and grill to 15 degrees over medium heat to remove the pan with salt. Place the pan, immediately close the lid and cook for 18-22 minutes over medium heat. It took me exactly 20 minutes.
Once out of the oven, spread a little melted butter and let it cool for a while before removing it from the pan.
